The origin

For the last 24 months, Roger Skibowski has been recording his thinking from anywhere, at any time. Over 3,000 voice memos captured via Fireflies.ai. Over 200 published articles on Medium. 40 years in technology.

The question was never what to write. The question was how to get what was already there — already spoken, already thought — out into the world without losing the thread.

I envisioned some way of organizing my transcripts — many containing multiple thoughts — so I could package ideas that were similar into an article representing my complete thinking on a topic. What was accomplished was the right organized structure, fed to the right AI with a Master Ghostwriter Prompt, would automate the entire process. Today, that automated pipeline is working and complete.

You need to be recording.
DTS runs on transcripts. The system has nothing to work with until you have voice recordings — real ones, captured in real time. Fireflies.ai is the transcription engine that feeds the pipeline. If you’re not recording your thinking yet, that’s where you start.
The qualification standard
40 transcripts in 30 days.
That’s the baseline. Not because it’s a test — because below that threshold, there isn’t enough raw material for the system to give you something worth reading. The pipeline needs volume to surface depth.
